How We Plan a Fresno Remodel Rough-In
We start with a load calculation rather than a guess. A kitchen remodel that adds an induction range, a second oven, and under-cabinet lighting can add far more demand than the original 1960s service was built for, and finding that out after cabinets are hung is expensive.
Then we walk the layout with you and mark device locations before rough-in. Outlet placement, switch height, appliance garage feeds, and island receptacles are all much easier to move on paper than in finished drywall.
Rough-in is inspected before insulation and cover. We pull permits with the City of Fresno, coordinate inspection timing around your other trades, and come back for trim-out once surfaces are finished.
